According to Article 13.9 on "Gas supply" and Article 4.9 of “Rules on Gas Utilization” approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 80 dated May 12, 2011, repair, technical inspection, replacement (replacement with new one) and installation of a damaged gas meter, in which cases the consumers do not have any fault, are carried out at the expense of the gas distributor. if the meter is damaged due to the fault of the consumer, and in case of damage due to the fault of the consumer - at the expense of the consumer. If a gas distributor requires a consumer to change, repair or technical inspection of a gas meter, the gas distributor must provide a legal basis for that requirement.
