According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 234 dated August 27, 2013 on “Rules for providing terms of references for consumers to receive the electricity and connection to the power supply network” and “Preparation and submission of terms of references, project documents for obtaining electricity (capacity) of existing or to be constructed construction facilities with the required capacity of entrepreneurs up to 150 kW (from the existing 0.4 kV network, including 150 kW) according to the decree on simplification of the electricity power supply procedures for existing construction facilities or for the ones to be constructed by entrepreneurs” approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 1313 dated April 4, 2017, and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 326 dated July 24, 2018 “On Approval of the Rule for preparation and submission of terms of references, project documentations, and connection instructions to the electricity power supply network for provision of household subscribers’ (by the existing 0.4 kW network) existing facilities or accommodations to be constructed with electricity power”, consumers are provided with terms of references.
