According to the article 7.6 of the "Rules for the use of electricity", if the billing electric meters are damaged or the connection scheme is broken, due to the fault of the consumer, including the household subscriber, the repair, replacement and state inspection shall be carried out at his expense. When it is required to investigate the damage of the settlement electric meter in laboratory conditions, the investigation is conducted by the energy supply enterprise with the participation of the consumer, including the household subscriber, and documented by a bilateral act.
