How to make a recalculation for interference in the electricity meter?

In accordance with paragraph 8.17 of the “Rules for the use of electricity” in case of damage to household electric meters (seal is broken, display is broken, body is damaged and in other cases where defect can be determined as a result of visual inspection of meter), violation of connection schemes of meters by consumer (including household subscriber), the violation must be eliminated in accordance with paragraphs 7.18 and 7.19 of these Rules. In accordance with subparagraph 10.18.9-2 of these Rules , the cost of electric energy used within three months from the date of the last inspection to determine whether the electricity meters and their connection scheme are in working and intact condition is recalculated, taking into account the power of electricity receivers 24 hours a day in the case of household subscribers, and their working hours in the case of other consumers.
