How to install the billing meters outside the apartment
According to item 7.10 of the Rules of Electricity Utilization, the billing meters installed in the apartment of household subscribers in the residential buildings in use can be disassembled and installed in the entrance of the residential buildings or stairwell by the power supply enterprise at its own expense. The billing meters must be installed in a power board, which cannot be interfered.
