The third meeting of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and North Ireland will be held in London on May 22.

The Minister of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan Parviz Shahbazov held a number of meetings within the framework of the 14th meeting of the Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee of “OPEC plus”.

At the 14th meeting of “OPEC Plus” Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, the report of the Joint Technical Commission on oil production in April of the current year was presented.

The next technical seminar of the Black Sea Regulatory Initiative started in Budapest on 13-15 May 2019 by the Energy Regulators Regional Association (ERRA) and National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC).

In April, daily oil production in Azerbaijan amounted to 683,000 barrels, including 605,000 barrels crude oil and 78,000 barrels condensate. Daily export of crude oil constituted 390 thousand barrels, while export of condensate and oil products accounted for 75 thousand and 19 thousand barrels respectively.
