3265 appeals were received by the Ministry of Energy and agencies under the Ministry

In the first half of 2022, the Ministry of Energy and agencies under the Ministry received 3265 appeals, of these 2377 appeals were implemented accordingly and 580 appeals are being processed. 308 appeals were informative.

In this period, receptions of 135 citizens were organized by the senior officials of the Ministry and agencies under the Ministry, and relevant instructions were given to investigate the issues raised by the citizens and to solve them in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.

During the reporting period, 50 appeals were received through social media accounts of the Ministry of Energy, which were sent relevantly, and some appeals were answered directly or on the basis of the opinions of the relevant structural divisions.
