Training on cybersecurity was held

Training was organized at the Ministry of Energy in order to educate employees in the field of information security and increase the opportunities for effective protection against cyber threats.

At the training held with the participation of employees of the special communication and information security state service, a presentation on the best practices in cybersecurity was demonstrated. The presentation provided detailed practical information on phishing attacks, malware viruses, types of viruses, situations that can lead to information leakage, rules for setting a more secure password, proper use of electronic media, social media security, social engineering, use of approved platforms to protect against cyber threats, recommendations on paying special attention to individual cybersecurity. At the end, the participants' questions were answered.

45 employees from the Ministry, AREA and AERA attended at the training.
