Deputy Minister of Energy Samir Valiyev received citizens in Ganja city and Deputy Minister Elnur Soltanov in Hajigabul on February 14 in accordance with the schedule of citizen reception in regions for 2020 by the heads and deputy heads of the central executive authorities.

In January, daily oil production in Azerbaijan amounted to 769,000 barrels, including 678,000 barrels’ crude oil and 91,000 barrels’ condensate.

The Minister of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan Parviz Shahbazov will receive citizens in Salyan city on February 18. Reception will take place at Heydar Aliyev Center in Salyan district (address: 136 T. Xalilbayli St) at 11:00.

The Minister of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan Parviz Shahbazov held another citizen reception. The citizens were heard by the Minister, and appropriate instructions were given to relevant structural units of the Ministry for the solutions of appeals according to the legislation. 

On January 31, the 12th meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and Ukraine was held in Kiev. A meeting was held between the co-chairs of the commission - the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan Parviz Shahbazov and the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Vladislav Krykliy before the confrence

On January 30, “Ukraine - Azerbaijan” round table and the next meeting of the “Azerbaijan-Ukraine Working Group on Energy Cooperation” were held in Kiev. The Azerbaijani delegation first visited the monument erected to National Leader Heydar Aliyev in Kiev.

Within the “EU4Energy” program was developed with the support of the Ministry of Energy of Azerbaijan and the International Energy Charter, the next meeting of the Working Group on the “National Action Plan on Energy Efficiency of Azerbaijan” was held with the participation of international organizations, government agencies and experts.

The 12th session of the Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and Ukraine will be held in Kiev on January 31. Delegations led by the co-chairs of the intergovernmental commission, the Minister of Energy of Azerbaijan Parviz Shahbazov and the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Vladislav Krykliy will attend the meeting.

The Minister of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan Parviz Shahbazov received citizens in Siyazan city, Deputy Minister of Energy Samir Valiyev in Gobustan and Deputy Minister Elnur Soltanov in Jalilabad city on January 24 in accordance with the schedule of citizen recepion by the heads and deputy heads of the central executive authroities.

The Ministry of Energy has started the implementation of the Volunteer Program of “Young Power engineers” pursuant to the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 30, 2019 declaring “the Year of Volunteers in the Republic of Azerbaijan”.
