The Minister of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan Parviz Shahbazov has visited the Central Azeri platform.

The fourth meeting of the Working Group for Energy Regulatory was held. Presentations were made on drafting the law on “Regulator for Energy and Utility Services” with the participation of Working Group consisting of representatives of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Energy Regulatory Agency, “Azerenergy” OJSC, “Azerishiq” OJSC,

The next board meeting was held at the Ministry of Energy of Azerbaijan under the chairmanship of the Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov. At the meeting discussions are held by the Ministry of Energy of Azerbaijan on implementation of the tasks outlined by the Presidential Decree No. 1209 dated May 29, 2019 "On the acceleration of reforms in the energy sector of the Republic of Azerbaijan".

A meeting with a delegation of Indian businessmen led by Executive Director of the Refex group which operates in the field of alternative energy was held at the Ministry of Energy.

The Minister of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan Parviz Shahbazov received citizens at the Ministry of Energy with the participation of representatives of the relevant structural units. About 10 citizens from Garadagh and Nizami districts of Baku, as well as Shirvan city were admitted during the reception.

The Minister of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan Parviz Shahbazov received citizens at the administrative building of Lankaran branch of the Energy Regulatory Agency in Lankaran on May 31.

The Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov made a speech at the 26th International Caspian Oil and Gas Conference. İn his speech the Minister noted that Caspian Oil and Gas exhibition-conference, which coincided with the beginning of the oil strategy of national leader Heydar Aliyev, has played an important role as the first event attracted world`s attention to the development of our oil industry in the new stage.

The Minister of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan Parviz Shahbazov met with Tore Loseth, Senior Vice President for International Intelligence at Equinor who visited to Azerbaijan within the 26th International Caspian Oil and Gas Exhibition.

The Minister of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan Parviz Shahbazov has met with a delegation led by First Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for the USA Kent Logsdon.

On May 27 Deputy Minister of Energy Samir Valiyev received citizens from Masalli and Yardimli districts while Deputy Minister Elnur Soltanov from Lerik district.
