World Water Day

March 22 is World Water Day. This day began to be celebrated in accordance with the decision of the UN General Assembly of 1993, dated February 22.

The purpose of celebrating this date as a special day is to protect aquatic ecosystems as one of the most pressing problems facing humanity by implementing various programs in the field of efficient use of water resources throughout the world, educate people by promoting the efficient use of water, and contribute to the fight against climate change using water-saving technologies.
