2566 appeals were received by the Call Center of the Ministry of Energy last year
733 appeals were received by the Call Center and Hot Line of the Ministry of Energy in fourth quarter of 2020. 359 of them were related to electricity supply, 147 to natural gas supply, 43 to installation of meters, 30 to central heat system, 117 to other issues 36 incoming calls made up gratitude calls and a call was related to gas leak and carbon monoxide from the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
2566 appeals were received by the Call Center and Hot Line of the Ministry of Energy in 2020. 1468 of them were related to electricity supply, 302 to natural gas supply, 180 to installation of meters for electricity and gas, 37 to central heat system, 377 to other issues 176 incoming calls made up gratitude calls and 26 calls were related to gas leak and carbon monoxide from the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
All calls received by Call Center were answered promptly. The complaints and appeals, which need to be investigated, have been sent to the relevant structural units of the Ministry and Azerbaijan Energy Regulatory Agency, and individuals, who appeal to the Call Center, were answered about the results of investigations.
