In the first quarter of this year, the Ministry of Energy and agencies under the Ministry received 2085 applications

During the first quarter of 2025, the Ministry of Energy and agencies under the Ministry received a total of 2085 citizen appeals.

Of the appeals, 377 were informational (withdrawal of the appeal and gratitude), and 1708 were executive. 1440 of them were executed accordingly, and 268 appeals are in execution.

The appeals mainly covered the issues of connection to the electricity network and providing terms of references, interruptions in the electricity supply, operational status of electrical equipment and devices, gasification, debts and fines, the installation of the meters, renewable energy, registration for admission, personnel issues, permits and other topics.

In this period, 83 citizen receptions were recevied by the senior officials of the Ministry and Agencies under the Ministry, and relevant instructions were given to solve the issues raised in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
