Employees of the Ministry of Energy participated in the training untitled New Trends in Management

Employees of the Ministry of Energy participated in the training untitled New Trends in Management conducted by ASAN Innovative Development Center.

At the training held for the winners of the "Agile 100 years" idea competition, the participants were taught skills such as leadership, development of emotional intelligence, innovative approach to management, and at the end the participants were awarded certificates.

It should be noted that on 10 March 2023, employees of the Ministry of Energy won the nomination “Efficient Solution” under the name of the “Agdam” team in the "Agile 100 years" idea competition dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the national leader Heydar Aliyev organized by ASAN.
