The Minister of Energy and Deputy Ministers have received citizens in regions

The Minister of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan Parviz Shahbazov received citizens at the administrative building of the Khachmaz branch of the Energy Regulatory Agency in Khachmaz city on June 28. Citizens from Khachmaz and Shabran districts have participated in the reception.
On the same day Deputy Minister of Energy Samir Valiyev has received citizens from Guba and Gusar districts in Guba and Deputy Minister Elnur Soltanov has received residents from Siyazan and Khizi in Siyazan. 

Citizens' appeals were related to  the supply of electricity, the technical status of the electricity network, the quality of electricity, high-voltage power lines passing near residential areas, the depreciation of the power lines, the supply of the transformer, the  location and operation status of the electrical equipment, installation of electric meters, calculation of additional gas consumption at the enterprises, gasification of individual houses, calculation of damage caused by natural gas loss, employment and other issues.

At the reception held with the participation of the representatives of the relevant structural units of the Ministry of Energy, the citizens were heard attentively, some of the issues raised were solved on the spot, and appropriate instructions were given for the operative investigation of other appeals and their solutions according to the legislation. Appeals which were not related to the activities of Ministry were registered to deliver them to the relevant authorities.

Citizens from other cities and regions were also heard and necessary measures have been taken for operative solution.

In total, about 30 citizens were admitted during the reception.

Participants expressed their gratitude to the head of the state for the organization of citizens' reception in the regions, the care and attention shown and the conditions created.

It should be noted that the announcements were made on mass media, on the official website of the Ministry of Energy (www.minenergy.gov.az) and Facebook page in order to provide citizens with detailed information about the receptions held in Khachmaz, Guba and Siyazan. Opportunities have been created for citizens to register online on the website of the Ministry.
