A meeting with representatives of Boston Consulting Group was held

Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov received the delegation led by Pattabi Seshadri – Managing Director of Boston Consulting Group, who was on a visit to our country as part of Baku Energy Week.

During the meeting, the participants were informed about the successes of our country in the export of traditional energy resources, the reforms carried out in the field of energy, the steps taken to create a liberal energy market, the policy of energy transition, the projects implemented to expand the use of renewable energy sources, cooperations established on green electricity and hydrogen export and measures taken to attract foreign investments in the mentioned directions.

During the conversation, the company's activities in the fields such as climate change and sustainability, the transition to the use of low-carbon energy sources were discussed, and interest in the projects implemented in Azerbaijan was expressed. An agreement was reached on mutual exchange of information at the level of experts on future cooperation opportunities.
