AERA announced results on citizen appeals, commissioning act and permits, project coordination and Technical Councils for April 2021
CONSUMER RIGHTS AND CITIZEN APPEALS
In April, agency received 628 citizen appeals directly and from the Ministry of Energy on electricity, gas supply, heat supply and other fields:
471- power supply (439 for execution, 32 for information);
64- natural gas supply (55 for execution, 9 for information);
6- heat supply (5 for execution, 1 for information);
87- various issues (61 for execution, 26 for information).
217 out of 628 appeals were investigated and answered by the Agency ( 2 appeals have been been sent the relevant authorities for investigating and taking appropriate measures);
1 appeal was jointly executed in collaboration with the Ministry of Energy;
342 appeals are currently being implemented;
68 appeals were informative; 13 request were letters of thanks related to solving of problems raised.
POWER SUPPLY AND GAS SUPPLY
Commissioning acts were provided to the external electrical installations of 23 new or reconstructed construction facilities, including the ones that increased capacity and modified its power supply scheme;
Project documents of 34 electrical installations on the power supply to various construction facilities were expertised and agreed;
8 project documents were rejected due to the shortcomings found;
In accordance with the agreed 64 projects, the operation of the completed industrial gas facilities was allowed.
320 project documents of construction facilities were expertised and agreed.
9 project documents on gas installations were rejected due to the shortcomings found;
It was found out that 2 facilities were connected to electricity networks without technical documentation;
16 protocols on Administrative Violations were prepared by Agency, and 20 decisions on them were made;
The technical condition of 11 electric meters was checked with the participation of the representatives of “Azerenergy” OJSC, “Azerishig” OJSC.
TECHNICAL INSPECTIONS IN BUDGET-FUNDED ENTERPRISES
15 technical investigations were carried out related to technical operation of electrical facilities, observance of the safety rules and the status of the use of electricity;
14 technical inspections were carried out to investigate the status of observance of the requirements of the efficient use of gas, "Rules on the Use of Gas" and reliable operation of gas equipment, as well as other normative legal acts.
TEST OF PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE
On the basis of consumers' appeals, 88 electro technical staff and safety engineers in 15 enterprises has been checked for knowledge of labor safety, technical operation and safety, and proposals were made to increase knowledge and methodological assistance was provided.
TECHNICAL COUNCILS
266 appeals were received for connection of enterprises to electricity network through the Technical Councils. All applications were received at Technical Councils in 17 "ASAN service" and 2 "ASAN Kommunal" Centers, Khachmaz SMEs (Small and medium-sized enterprises). All appeals were investigated and
