1676 appeals were received by the Ministry of Energy and agencies under Ministry during the first quarter of 2023

1180 of the appeals were implemented accordingly and 364 appeals are being processed. 132 appeals were informative.

The appeals were mainly about electricity and natural gas supply, connection to the electricity network and providing terms of references, the interruptions in the supply of electricity, operational status of electrical equipments, debts and fines, metering, renewable energy, and other topics.

In this period, 58 citizen receptions were organized by the senior officials of the Ministry and agencies under the Ministry, and relevant instructions were given to solve the issues raised in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
