2106 appeals were received by the Call Center of the Ministry of Energy in the first quarter of current year
1880 of them were related to the electricity and heat energy, natural gas supply, 99 to gratitude calls, 127 to other issues.
During this period all calls received by Call Center were answered promptly. The complaints and appeals, which need to be investigated, have been sent to the relevant structural units of the Ministry and agencies under the Ministry, and individuals, who appeal to the Call Center, were informed about the results of investigations.
It should be noted that citizens' appeals are received through Call Center of the Ministry: "974" and the Hot Line: (012) 598-16-55. To use the services of the Call Center, citizens can dial “974” from Baku, and dial "012 974" from regions and all mobile operators available in our country. Call Center operates from 9.00 to 18.00 on working days in accordance with legislation.
