Discussions were held within the diagnostics of gas supply system

Videoconference chaired by Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov was held between members of the Working Group established on gas supply system diagnostics and the delegation of the international consulting company. The preliminary report on diagnostic analysis conducted by the international consulting company was discussed in order to make proposals on the reforms in this field to improve the efficiency of the country's gas supply system, ensure the reliable satisfaction of consumers' needs. 
It should be noted that the preparation of proposals for reforms in the country's gas supply system was entrusted to the Ministry of Energy by order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated May 29, 2019 No. 1209 “On accelerating reforms in the energy sector of the Republic of Azerbaijan”.  The order also reflected the provision for the preparation of a new project of the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On gas supply” on the basis of proposals of the Ministry of Energy.
