With the participation of Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov, discussions were held on the establishment of the Utilities Integrated Information System, Integrated Utilities Call Center, as well as software for electronization of the fuel and energy balance in the Ministry, which ensures providing centralized e-services.
The establishment of the Utilities Integrated Information System aims to ensure the integration of information systems and resources in which the necessary data is collected and processed, monitoring and analytical analysis, provision of forecasts and centralized electronic services in this field. It allows consumers to manage their data on all utilities through a single personal cabinet. 
At the meeting, information about the work done to establish the Utilities Integrated Information System was provided. It was noted that the Terms of Reference of Utilities Integrated Information System, and the design and logo of its website were developed. The next steps were reviewed in connection with the launch of the system programming, including the identification of data transfers to the population on forms of monitoring and problems. It should be noted that the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Approval of "Rules for the Formation, Implementation, Integration and Archiving of State Information Resources and Systems’’ and some measures related to the e-government envisage the assignment of the functions of the operator of the Utilities Integrated Information System to the Ministry of Energy.
At the meeting, the sides also exchanged views on the establishment of the Integrated Utilities Call Center and software for the electronization of the fuel and energy balance and gave relevant recommendations.
