1192 appeals were received by the Call Center and Hot Line of the Ministry of Energy in the first quarter of 2021.  577 of them were related to power supply, 160 to natural gas supply, 79 to the installation of meters, 14 to central heating system, 314 to other issues. 42 incoming calls made up gratitude calls and 6 calls were related to gas leak and carbon monoxide from the Ministry of Emergency Situations.   
During this period all calls received by Call Center were answered promptly. The complaints and appeals, which need to be investigated, have been sent to the relevant structural units of the Ministry and Azerbaijan Energy Regulatory Agency, and individuals, who appeal to the Call Center, were answered about the results of investigations.
