In January-March 2021, the Ministry of Energy, Energy Regulatory Agency, Azerbaijan Renewable Energy Agency under the Ministry received 2010 appeals on consumers' rights protection, electricity supply, natural gas supply and other issues. 

1023 of them were related to electricity supply, 325 to natural gas supply, 4 to renewable energy, 20 to heat energy, 638 to other issues. 

Appeals covered mainly to connection to the power supply network, quality of electricity, interruptions in electricity and gas supply, debt and fines, gasification, meter problems, permissions, gratitude, employment and other issues. 

During the quarter, 1251 appeals were investigated and answered by the Ministry of Energy and agencies under the Ministry, 454 appeals are currently being processed, and 305 appeals are informative.

During the reporting period, approximately 30 appeals were received through social network accounts of the Ministry of Energy, which were promptly responded to, and the complaints were investigated and the results were sent to the individuals.
