Next Board Meeting was held at the Ministry of Energy

The next Board Meeting in videoconference format was held under the chairmanship of Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov at the Ministry of Energy.
After the approval of the agenda of the meeting, a report was made by the representative of the Energy Regulatory Agency under the Ministry of Energy on the measures taken to improve the operational status of distribution electric networks, ensure the continuity of supply, improve the quality of service and the undertaken tasks. The participants exchanged views on the subject and the participants`questions were answered. The chairman of the board once again brought to attention that one of the main tasks set by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev is to ensure citizen satisfaction and gave instructions for the development of positive results achieved in this direction. The importance of intensifying measures to inform the society about the activities of the agency was noted.
At the meeting, the draft of Work Plan of the Board of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2022 was reviewed, opinions and proposals were made. It was decided to approve the Work Plan by taking into account the proposals in the project.
Board members, as well as other employees from the Ministry, Azerbaijan Energy Regulatory Agency and Azerbaijan Renewable Energy Agency under the Ministry attended at the meeting.
