New appointment to the post of Head of Press Section - press secretary of the Ministry of Energy

By the order of the Ministry of Energy dated October 19, 2020, Mikayilov Jahid Ilham was appointed as the Head of Press Section - Press Secretary of the Ministry.
Jahid Mikayilov graduated from the Azerbaijan Technical University in 2011 with a bachelor's degree and in 2017 with a master's degree with honours. He started his career as a consultant at the State Agency on Alternative and Renewable Energy Sources on March 2013. He then promoted to the position of senior consultant in the Department of Technical Regulation of the State Agency.  Since April 2018, he has held the positions of senior consultant, chief consultant and head of sector in various departments of the Ministry of Energy. He is an engineer-energy specialist on renewable energy sources.
His professional rank of civil service is Civil Servant of the First Rank.
