The Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov is visiting Russia

The Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov has visited Moscow at the invitation of Alexander Novak, the Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation.

On October 3, the Minister will attend the 21^st  Ministerial Meeting of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF), as well as the "Russian Energy Week" International Forum.

The Minister of Energy is expected to make a speech at both events.
