Online training on “Rules of Ethics Conduct of Civil Servants” was held

An online training was held with the participation of employees of the Ministry of Energy to educate civil servants on ethical norms defined by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on "Rules of Ethics Conduct of Civil Servants".

Head of Department of Civil Service and  Human Resources, Ethics Commissioner  Asad Ismayilov spoke about the care shown by the Ministry to the youth working in the civil service, improvement of their professional skills and formation as young professionals meeting the requirements of the modern era. He emphasized the growing interest of young people in the civil service, the fulfillment of their professional duties with honesty and responsibility. It was noted that the activities of the employees working under the special quarantine regime during the COVID-19 pandemic were highly appreciated.

Then, the training provided detailed information on the main objectives and principles of the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan, "Rules of Ethics Conducts of Civil Servants of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan " approved by relevant Ordinance of the Ministry and  the importance of following these rules in the civil service and the ethical dilemmas that civil servants may face, and recommendations were given to follow the rules of ethical conduct.
