886 applications were received through the Technical Councils in the first half of 2020

The Energy Regulatory Agency under the Ministry of Energy received 367 applications during the second quarter of 2020 for connection of enterprises to electricity network through the Technical Councils operating at “ASAN Service” and “ASAN Kommunal” Centers.
In total, 886 applications were received by the Technical Councils within 6 months. The implementation of 885 applications was ensured, and 1 application were not implemented due to incompatibility in the submitted documents.
During this period, the customers` complaints related to the applications to “ASAN Service” and “ASAN Kommunal” were resolved by the Department of Energy Regulation and Monitoring in an appropriate manner and the entrepreneurs' satisfaction was ensured.  
It should be noted that currently, 12 Technical Councils are operating at “ASAN Service” and “ASAN Kommunal” Centers.
