In the first half of this year, the Ministry of Energy received 1995 appeals on consumers' rights protection, electricity supply, natural gas supply. 

1203 of them were related to electricity supply, 228 to natural gas supply, 564 of them were related to other issues. 108 of them were letters of thanks.

Appeals covered mainly to connection to the power supply network, meter problems, uselessness of electrical equipment and devices for operation, interruptions in electricity and gas supply, gasification, debt and fines, gas leak, installation of meters, heat supply, employment and other issues. 

During this period, 1667 appeals have been investigated and answered by the Ministry of Energy and Energy Regulatory Agency.
During the reporting period, more than 50 appeals was received via Facebook page of the Ministry of Energy, which were promptly responded to, and the complaints were investigated and executed by the Energy Regulatory Agency and the results were sent to the individuals.
