The training seminar on "Housing management and energy efficiency in buildings" has started in Minsk. The four-day event is being co-organized by the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE), the United Nations Human Settlements Program (UN-HABITAT) and the Belarusian government. İssues of energy supply and improvement of utility services efficiency in terms of urban development, promotion of sustainable development of residential buildings and land management are discussed in the seminar in the Republic of Belarus

Experts in the relevant fields from the countries of Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia, who participate in the event, share experiences of their countries. 

The Azerbaijan Energy Regulatory Agency (AERA), an associate member of the Energy Regulators Regional Association (ERRA), is also represented in the training.  

At the same time, another international energy forum with the participation of the Azerbaijani side is being held in the capital of Belarus. Thus, the 8th Annual Eastern Partnership seminar for regulatory bodies has been launched. The seminar devoted to the topic of digitalization involves the discussion of cooperation issues among the representatives of the regulatory authorities in the energy sector of the Eastern Partnership countries. In the event, the AERA representative makes a detailed and informative presentation on the relevant field.
