Educational training on Human Resource Management was held

The organization of trainings to improve the professional skills of the employees of the Ministry of Energy continues within the existing cooperation with the State Examination Center (SEC).

At the next training organized on the topic of overview of Human Resources Management, the employee of the State Examination Center made a presentation on the topic. Detailed information on the goals, principles of human resources management, types of competencies and measurement criteria, division of labor, essence and basic principles of labor organization was given. Also, mutual discussions were held on the selection, placement and evaluation of personnel, problems and directions of staff management, business qualities and other issues, participants' questions were answered.

23 employees from the Ministry, AREA and AERA attended at the training.
