Training on competency-oriented organizational culture was held

Training on competency-oriented organizational culture was held at the Ministry of Energy in order to ensure professional development of employees, promote competence-based approaches to management and strengthen organizational values.

The employees of the State Examination Center provided detailed information on the concept of organizational culture, its signs and types, as well as the criteria for assessing these types. At the same time, the interaction between competence and organizational culture, comparative approaches on the stages of culture change, the main signs of changes and practical knowledge on the difficulties that may arise during this process were shared, group work was carried out, interactive tasks were performed and the participants exchanged views .

31 employees from the Ministry of Energy, AERA and AREA participated in the training.
