Online meeting was held with ASOIU students

Online meeting was held between the Ministry of Energy and Azerbaijan Energy Regulatory Agency (AERA) and the students of energy department of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU). 
At the meeting attended by about 100 students, the press secretaries of the Ministry of Energy and AERA, Jahid Mikayilov and Gunel Ahmadova gave detailed information about the main directions of activity of the institutions, innovations, power engineering, renewable energy, as well as priority directions in the field of energy regulation. In order to support the process of increasing the awareness of students studying in the field of energy, the efficient use of the Internet resources of the Ministry of Energy and AERA was brought to the attention, and the accessibility of information in the relevant field was discussed in detail.
At the meeting, the students were informed about the usefulness of information on energy and energy regulation, which is regularly published on the official websites and social media accounts of both institutions, and the importance of using this information in improving the knowledge and skills of students studying in the field of energy, choosing a specialty and strengthening the potential was stressed. It was noted that regular information exchange meetings should be held in order to contribute to increasing the level of awareness of students in the field.
Students ' questions were also answered at the meeting.
