During the nine months of 2022, the Ministry of Energy and agencies under the Ministry received 4986 appeals, of these 4223 appeals were implemented accordingly and 332 appeals are being processed. 431 appeals were informative.

The appeals were mainly about electricity and gas supply, electrical equipment status, debts and fines, metering, renewable energy, gratitude and other topics.

In this period, 166 citizen receptions were organized by the senior officials of the Ministry and agencies under the Ministry, and relevant instructions were given to solve the issues raised in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.

During the reporting period, 76 appeals were received through social media accounts of the Ministry of Energy, which were sent relevantly, and some appeals were answered directly or on the basis of the opinions of the relevant structural divisions.
