272 cases of administrative violations were reviewed at the Ministry of Energy over 6 months

In January-June of 2020, 272 cases of administrative violations were reviewed at the Ministry of Energy. 258 of them were connected to natural gas and 14 to electricity. Articles submitted on 129 cases related to natural gas, which are not properly compiled, have been sent back. 
As a result of inspections carried out by the Ministry in regions, due to spoilage of natural gas on the relevant articles of the Code of the Azerbaijan Republic on Administrative Violations it was decided to impose administrative penalty on 5 cases for minor damage, 6 for administrative violation of the rules of natural gas use, and 1 for administrative violation of the rules of electricity use, 1 for conditional imposition of administrative penalty on administrative violation of the rules of maintenance of electrical installations. A decision was made to terminate administrative proceedings on 18 cases. 
The Ministry has placed all decisions in the "ASAN Payment" system.
In order to obey to the rules of the special quarantine regime applied in the country, implementation of proceedings for 112 cases was suspended.
