242 permits were issued by Ministry of Energy during the year of 2019

In 2019, the Ministry of Energy has issued 241 permits for the export, import and transit of goods (works, services, and results of intellectual activity) that are subject to export control according to the Rules of “Issued permits on the export, import and transit of goods (works, services, and results of intellectual activity) that are subject to export control”. 202 of the issued permits were related to imports of goods subject to export control, 5 to export of goods subject to export control, and 34 to the transit of goods subject to export control.

202 of these permits were issued through ASAN Service Center No. 5 during the period.

Within the year, 1 permit was issued for the import of electricity in accordance with the relevant provisions of Annex 3 to the Law on “Licenses and Permits” and the Law on “Power Engineering”.

It should be noted that three types of permits are issued through ASAN Service Center. This includes permit for export, re-export, import, re-import and transit of goods subject to export control (works, services, results of intellectual activity), permit for circulation of items owned by participants of civil transactions and permitted upon the submission of permission, certificate of the introduction of special economic regime for export- oriented oil- and gas activities.
