242 permits were issued through ASAN Service Center during 2018

In the fourth quarter of 2018, the Ministry of Energy has issued 57 permits for the export, import and transit of goods (works, services, and results of intellectual activity) that are subject to export control. 53 of these permits were issued through ASAN Service Center No. 5.

52 of the issued permits were related to imports of goods subject to export control, 1 to export of goods subject to export control, and 4 to the transit of goods subject to export control.

Ministry of Energy issued a total of 292 permits for import, export and transit of goods subject to the export control during 2018. 244 of them were related to import, 24 to export, and 24 to transit permits. 242 of the permits issued over the year were carried out through ASAN Service Center.

It is worth emphasizing that the issuance of permits by the Ministry of Energy beginning from February 1, 2018 through the ASAN Service Center facilitated the increase of transparency and simplification of issuance of permits for entrepreneurship activity.

At present, three types of permits are issued through ASAN Service Center. This includes permit for export, re-export, import, re-import and transit of goods subject to export control (works, services, results of intellectual activity), permit for circulation of items owned by participants of civil transactions and permitted upon the submission of permission, certificate of the introduction of special economic regime for export- oriented oil- and gas activities.
