According to operational data for January-November 2022, Azerbaijan produced 42.5 bcm of natural gas. 12.2 bcm of gas were produced from Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli, 23 billion cubic meters from Shah Deniz and 7.3 bcm from SOCAR. Gas was transported with an increase of approximately 2.8 bcm, namely 7 percent compared to the relevant period last year.

During the reporting period, gas sales abroad amounted to 20.1 bcm, which is 19 % more than in the same period last year. During 11 months, 10.3 bcm of gas was sold to Europe, 2.2 billion cubic meters to Georgia and 7.6 billion cubic meters to Türkiye. During this period nearly 5.2 bcm gas was exported to Türkiye through TANAP.

Since the commissioning of the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli and Shah Deniz till 1 December this year, about 202.3 bcm of gas was produced from Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli and more than 180.5 bcm of gas from Shah Deniz. During this period, 126,1 bcm gas was exported from Shah Deniz.

Azerbaijan produced 29.8 million tons of oil (including condensate) in January-November 2022. Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli accounted for 18.7 million tons of oil produced in the republic while Shah Deniz for 4 million tons (condensate). SOCAR's oil output amounted to 7.1 million tons (including condensate).

The volume of exported oil, including condensate, amounted to 24 million tons. Out of this, consortium accounts for nearly 22.7 million tons, SOCAR for 1.3 million tons.

Since its commissioning till 1 December 2022, nearly 605 million tons oil (including condensate) were extracted from Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli and Shah Deniz. 565.2 million tons of oil were extracted from ACG, while 39.8 million tons condensate from Shah Deniz. 603 million tons out of this were exported since 1 December.

Azerbaijan refined 5.7 million tons of oil in January- November 2022.
