According to operational data for January-February 2025, 4.5 million tons of oil (including condensate) were produced throughout the republic. Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli accounted for 2.6 million tons of oil production, Shah Deniz for 0.6 million tons (condensate), and Absheron field for 0.1 million tons (condensate). SOCAR's oil output amounted to 1.2 million tons (including condensate).

During two months, the volume of exported oil, including condensate, amounted to 3.7 million tons. Among these, consortium accounts for 3.2 million tons, SOCAR for 0.4 million tons, Absheron for 0.1 million tons.

It should be noted that in February 2025, the daily production of oil (including condensate) was 77,5 thousand tons (584 thousand barrels). Among these, 63,1 thousand tons (465 thousand barrels) were crude oil, 14,4 thousand tons (119 thousand barrel) were condensate.

Oil refining last year amounted to 1.2 million tons.

In January - February 2025, the country produced 8.1 billion cubic meters of natural gas. 2.2 bcm of gas production extracted from ACG, while 4.3 bcm from Shah Deniz. Absheron and SOCAR produced 0.3 bcm and 1.3 bcm gas, respectively.

During the reporting period, gas sales amounted to 3.8 bcm. 1.9 bcm of gas were sold to Europe, 1.4 bcm to Türkiye (0.9 bcm through TANAP), and 0.5 bcm to Georgia.

Since its commissioning till 1 March 2025, 653.5 million tons oil (including condensate) and 473.1 bcm of gas were extracted from Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli and Shah Deniz. 604.2 million tons of oil, 232 bcm of gas were extracted from Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli, and about 49.3 million tons of condensate and 241.1 bcm of gas from Shah Deniz. Until 1 March 2025, 651.5 million tons of oil and 172.8 bcm of gas were exported from these fields.
