The next training on performance evaluation was held

Within the cooperation between the Ministry of Energy and the State Examination Center, the next training on assessment of the performance of civil servants was held.

During the training, the employee of the State Examination Center Gunduz Ahmadli presented information about the official activity, form of assessment, goals and functions, evaluation period and criteria, labor discipline, preparation and implementation of assessment, measures carried out as a result of assessment and other tasks. The participants' questions were answered during the training held in the format of mutual discussion.

A total of 20 employees from the Ministry of Energy and the AREA participated in the training.
