Training on social media was held

Training was held in the Ministry of Energy to improve knowledge and skills in the field of using social media tools within the implementation of the communication strategy of employees operating in the field of PR.

At the training conducted by Nofal Aliyev, trainer of ASAN Innovative Development Center, detailed information was given on effective organization of social media activities, use of new digital media tools, prompt response to social network requests, ethical rules and principles, correct identification of target audience, risk management, crisis communication and other issues on the subject. Practical examples were shown, and opinions were exchanged on issues of interest to employees.
