The Minister of Energy received Pakistan's new ambassador to our country

Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov received Qasim Mohiuddin, the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Azerbaijan.

During the meeting, the friendship and brotherly relations between the two countries were emphasized, and the current state of cooperation in the energy sector, as well as potential directions for further strengthening, were discussed. The activities of the Joint Working Group on Energy were highlighted, and there was an exchange of views on issues such as oil and gas, renewable energy, liquefied natural gas (LNG), underground gas storage, the supply of petrochemical products to Pakistan, and cooperation within the COP29.
