Training on Career Planning was held

A training session on Personnel Selection and Career Planning was conducted at the Ministry of Energy in collaboration with the State Examination Center, focusing on improving employee performance.

Miranə Rüstəmli, a representative of the State Examination Center, made a presentation on the topic, providing detailed information on the functions of human resources management, planning personnel needs, the procedures for preparing job descriptions, types and forms of recruitment, the pros and cons of utilizing internal and external workforce resources, the formation of a reserve workforce, reasons for staff flow and its analysis, and staff development plans. She also answered related questions.

A total of 22 employees from the Ministry of Energy and the AREA participated in the training.
