4167 appeals were received by the Ministry of Energy and agencies under the Ministry in the first quarter

4167 appeals were received by the Ministry of Energy and agencies under Ministry during the first quarter of 2024.

3357 of the appeals were implemented accordingly and 306 appeals are being processed. 504 appeals were informative and gratitude.

Appeals covered mainly to connection to the power supply grid, providing terms of references, interruptions in electricity supply, electrical equipment status, gas supply, metering, renewable energy, request for the reception, matters on staff, issuance of permits, and other issues.

In this period, 197 citizen receptions were organized by the senior officials of the Ministry and Agencies under the Ministry, and relevant instructions were given to solve the issues raised in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
