Training on mutual relations between employees was held

Training on mutual relations between employees was held at the Ministry of Energy in order to strengthen internal communications.

During the meeting, which was presented by Gunduz Ahmadli, an employee of the State Examination Center, detailed information was provided on the establishment of communication between managers and employees, proper management of relations between employees, prompt resolution of disputes and possible liability measures in this regard, theoretical and practical issues related to communication, as well as situational judgement test were answered jointly.

24 employees from the Ministry of Energy, AREA and AERA took part at the training.
