Tree planting campaign was held within the Green World Solidarity Year |Ministry of Energy of Azerbaijan

At the initiative of the Ministry of Energy, with the support of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and Masdar of the United Arab Emirates, a tree planting campaign was held within the Green World Solidarity Year.

More than 600 different types of trees were planted in a total area of 1 hectare in the campaign organized in Mushfigabad settlement. The purpose of the campaign, which promotes ecological sustainability, restoration and expansion of green zones, is to contribute to environmental protection, environmental safety and the fight against climate change by attracting public attention to this area and increasing participation.

Together with representatives of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, employees of the Ministry of Energy, AREA, AERA and Masdar took part in the action.
