7783 appeals were received by the Ministry of Energy and agencies under Ministry in 2023

6636 of the appeals were implemented accordingly and 357 appeals are being processed. 790 appeals were informative (withdrawal of applications, gratitude and others).

Appeals covered mainly to connection to the power supply network, providing terms of references, electrical equipment status, interruptions in electricity, gas supply, metering, renewable energy, request for the reception, issuance of permits, and other issues.

In this period, 256 citizen receptions were organized by the senior officials of the Ministry and Agencies under the Ministry, and relevant instructions were given to solve the issues raised in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
