Next training was held at the Ministry of Energy

The next training was held within the cooperation between the Ministry of Energy and the State Examination Center. This training was on civil servants’ performance appraisal. Detailed information on Labour discipline, form of assessment of civil servants ' service activity, functions, objectives, reference point, period covered, evaluation criteria, measures to be taken as a result of assessment and other issues was provided at the training, which was presented by Gunduz Ahmadli, Leading Adviser of the Department of Legal Support, HR and Civil Service of the State Examination Center. The participants' questions were answered during the training held in the format of mutual discussion.

35 employees from the Ministry of Energy and AREA under the Ministry participated in the training.
