The Charter of Cooperation between the oil producing countries has been discussed

The OPEC Secretariat at the Austrian capital, Vienna, hosted a high-level meeting of non-OPEC countries on the "Charter of Cooperation between the Oil-producing Countries". Azerbaijan was represented at the meeting by Esmira Jafarova, the Advisor to the Minister of Energy. The "Charter of Cooperation between the Oil-producing Countries" was discussed and participants' opinions were studied. The importance of the closure of Charter-related processes by April of this year and delivering it to the signature during the extraordinary meeting of the OPEC+ Ministerial Council was emphasized.
