Training on human resource management was held

Within the existing cooperation between the Ministry of Energy and the State Examination Center, a training on Overview of Human Resources Management was held.

Asad Ismayilov, Head of the Department Civil Service and HR made an opening speech and spoke about the measures taken in the direction of organizing work with the staff, selecting and placing specialists, their adaptation to new jobs, and increasing the professionalism of employees. Mirana Rustamli, representative of the State Examination Center, made a presentation and gave detailed information to the participants about effective management of human resources, personnel motivation, proper division of positions among employees, evaluation criteria and other topics.

28 employees from the Staff of the Ministry of Energy participated in the training.
