Call Center and Hot Line of the Ministry of Energy will provide uninterrupted service on Novruz holiday days |Ministry of Energy of Azerbaijan

Appropriate instructions were given to the structural units of the Ministry of Energy and Azerbaijan Energy Regulatory Agency under the Ministry to prevent the risk of this disease and to promptly implement preventive and urgent measures in order to fight against coronavirus (COVID-19).

Applications will be received uninterruptedly through electronic and telephone communication with particular attention and sensitivity to the appeals of the citizens.

Call Center and Hot Line of the Ministry of Energy will provide uninterrupted service on Novruz holiday days (20-28 March). If necessary, mobile service will be organized for citizens by Energy Regulatory Agency.

It should be mentioned that citizens' appeals will be received and answered through the Ministry's telephone number (012) 598-16-53 / 54 (ext. 1145, 1146), Hot Line: (012) 598-16-55, and Call Center of the Ministry: “974.
